I don't know enough about music theory to help here however. It should be removed and then re-written. There are major problems with this section including incomplete sentences and some that read like advertisements. I know the track used in guitar hero is not a master recording, ] but i have seen no evidence to suggest it is a cover. Since most of the songs on GH3 feature original tracks, it would seem odd that this one wasn't. I can't hear any difference between the studio version of Cliffs of Dover and the one played on GH3.
